Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Guide potential clients through the property buying, selling, and leasing processes with expert advice.
- Build and maintain a robust portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with property trends in the MotorCity area.
- Facilitate property viewings, negotiations, and transactions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Network with property owners, developers, and investors to generate new leads.
Requirements for the Role
- 1-2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively.
- Established negotiation and sales abilities.
- Confidence, professionalism, and a results-driven approach.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
